The program consists of various events like Aeromodelling, Remote Controlled Drone and Autonomous Robotics Events, Bio-Technological and Electronics project displays. The event is of esteem significance in the field of creativity motivation, technology innovation and psycho-motor skill development among the new age laureates. After IIT Kharagpur our college is the first private engineering college in West Bengal, which successfully organizes the event AEROSTORM, the Remote Controlled Aircraft modeling and flying event. Apart from the students and Alumnus of BIT, a vast number of engineering students from various streams from different engineering colleges in and near Kolkata will participate in this gala technical fest.

Projects on Bio-Technology enhance the knowledge and motivates students to invent new things and generate new ideas. Bio-project gives students the opportunity to experiment and explore their skills. It explores the creativity on the basis of biological science and biotechnology. All experiments rather projects are eco-friendly as it is emphasized as an objective.
Robotics events are designed to be a perfect blend of fun, competition and learning. Participants get a chance to work on the applications of the theories of Automation, Artificial Intelligence, Embedded Systems etc. that they have learnt in classes and even work on concepts they’re learning for the first time. This is truly one-of-a-kind with a repertoire of events encompassing simple maze solvers or remote controlled drones to autonomous robotics. Robo-carram, robo-maze, robo-soccer, robo-arcade or hurdle race, quad-copter are some of the exiting events of robotics.
It is a new robotics event introduced in this year. In this event various working models related to autonomous robotics will be showcased, which all serve to save the Mother Nature in its own way, which includes agriculture, farming and saving trees.
In Aeromodelling event participants test their design and aero-modeling skills. Participating teams are not allowed to use any electronic system that may augment the stability and control of the aircraft, like gyroscopes in an auto-pilot. For the purposes of the competition, no electronic performance enhancement should be used. The competition is a test of the design, construction and flight performance of the handmade motor powered aircrafts. Usage of Ready-to-Fly (RTF) and Almost-Ready-to-Fly (ARF) kits are strictly prohibited. Use of readymade actuators/motors, remote controls is allowed.
In Remote Controlled Drone event participants test their design and flying skills of drones and RC planes. The ultimate drone making event, where participants will have to make their remote controlled copters with 4 rotors at the four sides to lift and drag it to desired direction.
This domain of events test the logical abilities and programming skills with brainstorming coding events, where one should design the fastest and most efficient solution to a given problem. It’s the platform to showcase one’s expertise to ‘write’ the perfect flawless code without coding on a compiler. If you have a creative mind, then turn your creativity into alluring web pages. Designing website that have both artistic user interface and functionality, is a real challenge. If you want to try your hand at Web Designing and take up the challenge then this kind of event is the right place to showcase your talent. Some of the coding events are output prediction, program writing and web designing.
Today, quizzes are interactive platforms where students are not participating to take home a prize or get famous overnight, but to gain knowledge, seek opportunities to excel beyond academics and secure their future. Since Questions are based on out-of-syllabus contents and require critical thinking and extensive research, students get into the habit of competitive learning. Debate and 1 minute talk help students to improve the communication skills. Photography event is an innovative and versatile platform to nourish the enthusiasm and creativity of a future engineer.
