Bengal Institute of Technology, organizes its two-day long annual cultural festival IMPULSE. Our cultural fest has been engraving its name as one of the most participated and successful cultural fiesta since its inception. Impulse is one of the most exquisite and highly appreciated cultural festivals among the engineering colleges in Kolkata. Every coming year experiences the evolution of the cultural fiesta to a greater height and success. With large number of participants from different colleges from all parts of the city, we come up with endearing, innovative and enriching events every year....
Every year famous bands and singers perform in the fest and sets the stage on fire with their prodigious performances and makes the audience go mad and nearly break the dancefloor with their moves synched with the rhythm and beats....
Participants sang out their feelings long before they were able to speak their thoughts. The human voice is presumed to be the original music instrument and there is no human culture, no matter how remote or isolated, that does not sing. So, we are here with Voice of Impulse the most happening event of Impulse, to sing their heart out and create a soothing atmosphere

Drama is the language of portraying one’s thought in the minds of the thoughtful audience. Our own drama club 'Hiji Bij Bij' organizes several plays every year which not only entertains the audience but also enriches them with the creativity and positive thoughts and messages.

Fashion is the amalgamation of confidence and attire, just be yourself and set the fashion with your style and enjoy every moment of applause.
This is an open to all event in which anyone can participate, the only condition being that all you need to know is to how to click a good selfie of yourself. All you have to do is send us your best unedited selfie which you think will stand out from the rest. We will need to upload it on the official page of Impulse and whosoever gets the maximum reactions (e.g. like, love, wow, haha, sad and angry etc.) on their selfie will be declared as the winner of FACEPULSE.
