The official Coding Club of Bengal Institute of Technology aims at promoting the coding culture in the institution by organising workshops, hands on sessions and hackathons. The club organizes weekly meetups where members has hands on sessions in a new technology under the supervision of the working committee of the club.
The club was formed by the former committee members in the year of 2017. The founding members are Sahil Kalyani, Swati Jha, Shubham Gupta, Suvrojit Ghosh, Ravi Mandalia, Swapnil Sharma, Sania Parween.
    In past years club has organised various training for students, coding competitions, endorsements of several coding events, hackathons, etc.
